At Nice Cream, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've made our process as seamless as our fabrics.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
